You shouldnt do it at all, not only because you have enough testosterone production at 20 but because of the effects those products could cause you. My buddy tried methyl 1d and 1 androsterone. He got crazy bacne and loss tons of hair.

Being that you dont’ think protein shakes are necessary, do you believe the Two hour window of opportunity theory is bull shit? IF you’re not familiar with it, its that if you have a protein shake it’s predigested so your body starts to repair quicker within two hours after your work out
