The “hanging sking” happens when you lose A LOT of weight too fast. To avoid it, the only way is to do a lot of cardio + eat healthy, and improve slowly. If you happen to end up with it, and it’s as exagerated as the one in 1:02 of this video, I’d recommend you surgery.
But again, if you’re not as fat as those guys here, you shouldn’t have any problems with the “hanging skin” thing.
