andrea is absolutely right. i remember at my slimmest and when i use to work out a lot i discovered really loving myself and giving myself the best i could was my motivation to do what i did to stay in shape. hope i can get there again

I love to hear positive words about how to include exercise into my daily life. I am a young woman and very overweight. One of the main reasons why I’m over weight is because I have thyroid problems. I am taking thyroid meds and it’s taking a while to get my thyroids at a good level where I can lose weight without the meds affecting my heart. It’s really been a tangled web for me, but I still keep on exercising. Thanks for the postive words Andrea, I need all the encouragement I can get.

Thats soo right! you´d never gain weight from eating brocoly.. i was feeling very down on my self even though i did my exercises today, not much but alittle.. and doing them again tonight:)

I bet you that this lady knows all about the Secret. I found out about it 7 weeks ago. I don’t diet or eat processed foods. I do exercise regularly and I have lost 15 pounds. It seems like a diet isn’t meant to work unless you plan to eat that way forever. Look at Opera.

Dieting and working out makes you stressed thus the essential need for relaxation – I completely agree!!
I’ve always sabotaged my weight loss by not relaxing – my super fit mom would make me feel guilty for “sitting around”. But after watching you video, it makes all the sense in the world Andrea. Dieting and exercising is stressful and we need to take time to center ourselves.
