    well i think you should get a program to follow, look at me lol well you cant cuz theres no picture on here haha :P but yeah i used to be really fat, but i knocked my body fat down ALOT i still got some to lose. my recommendation is “real man muscle building” just like vince says in the video, its incredible for getting in shape
