damn 85 lbs is pretty good. im 5′6 170 and i was doing the two arm version of the clean and press with 50 lbs like 4 times and that was my max

I’m 6′0″ and 184 pounds. Bordering on overweight actually, which I’d never considered to be the case. It’s a good thing I started balancing my workout with more cardio yesterday.

but yeah i used to be really fat, but i knocked my body fat down ALOT i still got some to lose. my recommendation is “real man muscle building” just like vince says in the video, its incredible for getting in shape
