dude stick to the basics ive been doing these for like 3 weeks and iv gotten a lot stronger, ive increased my bench 10 pounds and im able to bust out like 15-17 pullups.

and i plotting we can have the legs wider apart (something like lunge position) so rest the left nudge on the left quads/knee area if doing rows on the right feature. is this alright/proper?
