Fuck it! This is ridiculous!
THIS 13/14 week plan is FUCKED. I couldn’t even come close to finishing the second super set (25rep dumbbell shoulder press, 25rep pull up). It KILLED me. I was about to throw up, my arms turned to rubber. And the sad thing is I’ve followed the 16-week-plan religiously and obviously didn’t push myself enough.
So my question is, should I just keep trying this 13/14 week plan till I beat it? Or go back to weeks 11/12 until I feel more ready?
