How to Jump Rope

This lesson is on how to jump rope like the pros…..well like a huge kid having fun anyway. Not really proish. YAY! Note: All viewers watching this video must go these skills under their own discretion. I assume no liability for anyone attempting these tricks.     i like how he was far enough so with the intention of we couldn’t see the rope and it was also getting dark. He could’ve been just pretending to be doing all with the intention of crazy shit while just holding the handles without swining the rope lol
