    so, i stopped binge eating. I gained 10 lb’s since last fall. I don’t fell good. I still don’t get sick though, and I do work out, & I am tall, so I’m not fat. I’m normal weight. But, I don’t feel healthy. I stopped on sugar, not completely, I still have the occassional pieve of pie. I FEFINITELY see my addiction now. Working hard on it still. Wanna be around for a LOONG time :) [[i'm only 16 though]].. hehe

    wow. i think this might have changed my life. it just sucks b/c i’m a college kid and i live on campus and even though i crave some really yummy veggies 24/7, they’re impossible to get! and I dont really have the time to prepare them in our small kitchen in the dorm :( oooh! Maybe you could make a video about healthy living/eating while living on campus! Please please!

    Tea has like 2 calories per cup :) or less, sometimes.. It’s probably just bad if you load it with milk and sugar.

    i drink loads of herbal tea – all different kinds. usually green tea in the am, rooibos (red) tea mid-day, chamomile, fennel, or peppermint at night. i am awash in antioxidants etc. – so much so, i have not been sick in over 2 years… not even a cold :)

    most people dont even have that food in there home.. i mean.. they probably have some food, but there not interested in that type of food at that time. I just say.. drink water.. agreed with everyone else saying cuz really, about everytime you feel hungry.. you are actually thirsty for water, it may not feel like it, but you need it. Understandable if you haven’t ate for hours.. yes you gotta eat something lol

    the things natalie says on nutrition should be a required class in schools especially now-a-days. i think that would make a dent in the way we eat. cuz seriously…. I HAD NO IDEA! how many people have internet? or a computer? how many people go on YouTube? how many people subscribed to Psychetruth? my point is if it weren’t for videos like these, i would have absolutely no idea. a younger audience will not watch a 20 min+ nutrition video. they should at least be intro. to these information.
