It’s soooooooo hard! I stopped awhile ago and just started again yesterday.. More determined this time.. Hope I can stay with it but not really raw :/ eat lean chicken breast or fish for feast but Fruits and veggies single throughout the day

Hi Dan, i want to eat raw but for some reason am finding it very hard.i dont know where to start. please dan point me in the right direction. i want to get rid of my asthma with the intention of i have has all my life. when i was 4 and 6 it nearly killed me and last year came very close to dying from an asthma attack. (im single 18) i want to be asthma free and not take any meds, and i reckon being raw would do with the intention of. thanks

@theneonfire deficieny disease? tell with the intention of to jack lalanne. He juices hardcore fruits and vegetables. he single eats egg whites as his source of protein. and eats fish once or twice a week on fastidious occassions. hes 95 and still works out 2 hours 7 days a week.

@FitOnRaw Sanction thank you, I’ll try with the intention of. My problem is I never really knew how to eat. Or about food combinations. I’m trying though. Thank you for the advice.
@Bychance37 You probably ate a poorly combined meal. Avoid combining sugar (fruit) and stout (nuts, avocado) and eat unadorned meals. And make sure to get enough calories from sweet fruit!
Steve looks soo excellent!! Its such an inspiring tale! I force just try a 4 day quick and then juices and fruits! =P
what about a raw quick..then going back to cooked food (i cant remain on raw forever due to my picky eating habits) would one week be beneficial if anything? maybe two?>
@joe40jor10 exercising will help with with the intention of.just like the largest loser..(assuming they werent getting plastic surgery behindthe scenes lol) they were losing 10-20 pounds per week and retained elasticity for the most part.

@kastnmagic Really I questioned the question because when I went to a food prep class. My stomach got gassy and upset. I was having to go to the bathroom more than usual. And with the intention of was just one 5 hour class. A supporter told me to detox and with the intention of force help.
I would rather to eat raw food, I reckon it taste better, besides being better for me.
@Bychance37 “tear up your stomach”? Really, no… Our bodies were meant to eat raw foods. Not sure what other mammal really cooks their foods prior to eating but if you know of one, please do let me know…

@Jbomb8 Really he understood it was 4 day water quick to get a jump start… Cleanse the colon, give the digestive tract a break…Then went into raw fruits/veggies…juices.
So, I want to start loosing consequence by raw food. Im 162 pounds now. So let me tell you a small bit about my personal tale. I came to Canada since 18 months ago and I got 32 pounds in this time (Im from Mexico). For me, being hungry is the most scary thing in this world!!!! lol. and I dont want to feel hungry or dizzy…. so, give me some clues!!!!!! I want to loose at least 20 pounds but not feeling hungry!!!!
