I read Somers book, and I was surprised, not that I expected her to be as dumb as her old 3s company character, Chrissy Snow, but she was (and still is) especially sharp.
I like the flow here. Good vid. Thanks
Oh thanks man :]
That’s what Im doing now, I really began to see diiffrence after : I drink 2 liters water a day and eat more carefull (No fastfood)
+ im doing more weight training than before =]
Do weight training with the cardio, as much if not more so you build muscle thus burning more calories and avoiding the metabolism drop.
you are awesome! and cool!
hahah!!! I was laughing around tip number 2. omg, thats how I used to think. man. awesome.
So is this guy saying : I’ll loose more weight if I would do 2x per week cardio instead of 5x per week?
Or did I just miss something?
hehe this guy is pretty cool ^^
this man is soo convincing! i mean i read articles about u know, cutting calories and diets and stuff and after that i dont know if i should believe it or not! but there is sumthing about this guy that makes me believe him. very helpful video
This helped a lot thankyou so much! Would tumbling (cartwheels and jumping) count as a good exercise? Also would eating oatmeal or rice be alright? I eat lots of peanut butter and i do like almond butter but i can’t really find it anywhere so what do you think?
sean for president!!!!!!
Haha this guy is the man.
a little personal story.. i was 72kg fat no muscle at all.. i started a diet eating proper foods and doing a bit of cardio .. i only lost about 1kg .. then i hit the weights hard.. and by the end of the year i dropped 10kg and i was at about 60-62kg .. looking in better shape than ever.. just eat properly and lift heavy and if u wanna get to under 10% bodyfat ur going to have to do 10-20mins of interval training along with a strict diet
Yeah, I see these “cardio junkies” in the gym daily; most of them don’t look any different now than they did 6 months ago, and they won’t lift any weights. They may as well just buy a treadmill for their homes and stop paying the gym 45 bucks a month.
It’s boring.
15 – 20 minutes of intervals twice a week yields better results.
this is very good video. The man knows about what he is talking about. There is no hokus pokus sollutions. That is what this is all about.
eat less move your ass more. simple as that. period
Suger crash? XD
I’ve tried to resolve the debate regarding “long, slow distance” vs. interval training myself. The most sensible-sounding advice I’ve heard is that both modes of training have their merits – they each affect our bodies differently, and offer different benefits. If we can, it’s probably best to incorporate both modes of exercise into different workouts – though of course time & energy may require modifying that principal.
This man is so boring I fell asleep half way through reading his name!!!………YAWN…….ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
well i already lost the weight, but i got to train for cross country and a marathon im going to do so its ok
overtraining much?
Not unless you only use glycogen for aerobics.
For weight loss… Not in general
