Yo, just one question about eggs…
I just LUV them! And as we know, they are good source of protein. BUT, I read everywhere how huge shit load of cholesterol they containe.
So, how many eggs do you eat in one day? As far as I know, 4 eggs is about 300% more of cholesterol than you can have in one day.
I also though.. what about just seperate the yolk and eat the rest

because your body cannot store protein, it can be unecessary to eat three large meals a day full of protein. the best way to gain mass is to have 5 or 6 smaller meals during the day (every 2-3 hours)
75kg – 30g protein per meal
85 kg – 40gprotein per meal
95 kg -50g protein per meal
this is how i have put on weight have put on 15 kg every six months for about 2 years now
