Use your fingertips grounding way into the ground, and stay down on your knees or one knee if there&#039;s too much pressure on your wrists. I would get a yoga mat--you don&#039;t want to slip and hurt yourself. Or bare feet on a wood floor can be OK, but too hard for your wrists I bet. Watch for my Healthy Yoga Wrists video coming this week!
